It's just the "&" symbol, in HTML. Things were not "translated" properly with some Board upgrade, I believe.  I moved the thread to the Technical Questions forum.

some of us have tried to update and edit some of the information threads that are in the faq forum and so one. there have been at least 2 upgrades since some of the threads were created and as Georgiana has said, some of the things didn't translate well.

I've always preferred & with Ketchup. Since I've been on this crazy diet, I've had to lay off the HTML tags.
