| I keep my Synthroid on my nightstand and usually wake up a few hours before I actually get up...so I take my pill....and go back to sleep. By the time I get up it's safe to eat. Taking your pill with food can inhibit the absorption. I believe that info is on the insert that comes with your prescription. | |
