If I were you, I would do strick strick strick induction for the next two weeks and see how it goes. Start a journal and post what your eating, even if its bad stuff. You should have seen my journal. 5 Jan "Started with a bang and ended the day with cheese cake. Jan 6, Slice of toast for breakfast. Jan 7, Cheat free. Good for me. Jan 8 Fried (in batter mushrooms) Finally on Jan 9 I reported a cheat free day and kept it up. It took me awhile but I'm down 15 pounds since the 9th and thats cool.
