Folate 400mcg 100%
VitaminB12 12mcg 200%
Biotin 45mcg 15%
Pantothenic Acid 20mg 200%
Calcium 44mg 4%
Phosphorus 32mg 3%
Chromium Picolinate 200mcg 167%
EGCG (from green tea extract) 32mg
