| every morning I get a IM from Barb telling me 1. to exercise and 2 to take my vit.... having to fess up will help me do it that is for sure! maybe I need more supplements? I thought the one I was taking was enough? ok I did take one today ....and feel no need for a valium work week is over

| Took my sups this morning and at lunch, evening ones after dinner. Am finishing up the last of the Atkins Basic 3. Seems they no longer make them, so I'll have to get hold of some of the Italian supplements that don't have iron. Took me forever to find those here! At least they'll be cheaper than having Atkins stuff couriered from the UK!! Am in the same boat with the Omega 3 caps. Atkins no longer make them. So I've been taking a new one from my local chemist. However, I just saw yesterday that they also contain Omega 6... which doesn't thrill me at all. Our modern diet has us taking in a very lopsided ratio of Omega 6 to Omega 3... like 15/1 instead of say the 3/1 our cavemen ancestors ate (not exact figures, can't remember those...but that sort of ratio). At those rates the Omega 6 messes with the Omega 3s which are much more important. Pesky pills!!!!

| i took my echinachea 1/2 hour before i ate and now i need to go get the other vitamins in. i take a multivitamn for the over 50 crowd, and supplement that with a vision combination, one for hair,skin and nails (lots of biotin in that one).
