| I take CLA and i take it 3x per day...apparently you should take 3-6000 mgs per day of it with meals. Not sure if it works or not...but it does have some health benefits. I may stop taking it though..it's gettin pricey for me. I think your fine for the flax..I don't really know anything about he chromium so i'm not much help there.

| I saw your call this morning at STAC. Aloha! Dr. A recommends Omega 3 fish oils. I would recommend adding it. Flaxseed is similar, but I think the fishoils are a bit better. Read DANDR to see what you think. I'm also taking CoQ10 because it seems to be positive for my heart and blood in relation to this WOE, but I have seen some say it is not really right for them. So you might want to read on that as well. |

| Fish Oil makes me so sick. I gag when I burp.. That's why I chose FlaxSeed Oil. I don't have the book to read so I will do a little research online. Thanks for responding. |

| With the supplements you are taking, the amounts seem just fine. You could up some, but if the amounts are working for you, then no need to change. As far as when to take them, it's really up to you. You're already splitting up your flax and all the other supplements can be taken at any time of day. So, it's really up to you whether you wish to take the vast majority of them at once, or split them up. As long as you remember to take them consistently, that's the key. |
