| Well, wheat germ itself has fiber that will help move things right along...wheat germ oil does not. There are some that find that taking flaxseed oil (1 to 2 tablespoons) helps them, er, get moving. It is possible that wheat germ oil may do the same thing, but I'm not certain. I can look into it. Suffice it to say, whatever amount of wheat germ oil is in a multi-oil supplement, it most likely will not be enough to ease constipation suffering. |
