I have read that kelp, iodine is helpful for an underactive thyroid. I have been taking a supplement containing iodine for some time and to be honest I don't know if it is the supplement or the fact that I have lost 20lbs which is making me feel terrific. I know bladderwrack is also good for the thyroid it is a type of sea-weed that you find on the beaches in my area and I am seriously thinking about boiling it up and drinking the stuff, haven't quite plucked up the courage yet.

I've read a lot of good things about kelp, but have never taken it myself. Which brand of kelp supplement do you take? I'd love to learn more about it!

I have been buying this product and it seems ok and not expensive. I usually buy all kinds of stuff at the one place then I don't pay postage.
