| Why are you taking them and which ones are you taking? We've taken them in our household and they never seemed to make a bit of difference, but they were just bromelain (from pineapple) and papain, from papaya. We were hoping they would help with my child's various food intolerances. The really expensive ones for autistic kids (from Kirkman, etc.) work better than what I'm describing but we haven't had to use those, thank goodness They also had quite a bit of sugars in them, so you might want to consider that factor.

| I am at work so I will have to get the name of them. I got them a at health food store. I take them after eating my biggest meal. They really work. It helps me stay regular. I have always had problems in the past and now I have none. I take them at leat once a day. They say digestive enzymes on the bottle. I got a bottle from GNC. They have some good ones. I was taking medicine from the doctor it was so bad...but now this helps break up the food up so it passes through the intestine easliy. I went from going once a week if I was lucky to going every day...Hope this helps... Doing the low carb diet made it a must.. |

| I'm curious as to what you're taking from GNC. |
