Default In severe need of help

Hi I am 21 and a nurse aide. I restarted atkins monday and am excited about it but I am needing to know what vitamins to buy exactly. someone can say what they have in them all day long but without the name I am so lost. Please give me a list of the names and I will love you. Do I have to worry about any of these have sugar in them that is always my fear. Thanks so much

One a day Silver is a good choice because there is no added iron. I assume you are just asking about an all around multi?

My wife and I both take generic centrum silver multivitamin, nature made 1200mg flaxseed oil capsules and a generic high potency vitamin B complex.

DH and I take Centrum Silver...no added sugars, yeast, blah blah blah, and most importantly, no iron.

Also, Nature Made supplements are also good and the labels I've seen for their supplements (super B complex, flax oil, fish oil, and many others) do not contain sugars, yeast, etc.

Good luck!
