| One a day Silver is a good choice because there is no added iron. I assume you are just asking about an all around multi?

| My wife and I both take generic centrum silver multivitamin, nature made 1200mg flaxseed oil capsules and a generic high potency vitamin B complex.

| DH and I take Centrum Silver...no added sugars, yeast, blah blah blah, and most importantly, no iron. Also, Nature Made supplements are also good and the labels I've seen for their supplements (super B complex, flax oil, fish oil, and many others) do not contain sugars, yeast, etc. Good luck! |
