| Personally I would go ahead and use what I had. Switch after you have used them up. You will need the money you save to buy the CQ10. Great stuff for your heart, very expensive. Definitely get the high potency B and the Fish oils, etc. What you have listed is a perfectly good start. You will tweak and build your regimen as you go along, and educate yourself and determine your particular needs. I take extra C because when I do, the hygenist at the dentist's office raves over my gums. Figure that is a good sign!

| Unless you didn't like the vitamins for whatever reason (taste, nausea, etc), I would use up what you had before spending money on replacing them. Or, you can save these multivitamins for when you're experiencing TOM (and may need the extra iron) and take your Centrum Silver the rest of the month. I'm a HUGE fan of B vitamins as well as flax & fish oils. Enjoy! |
