| I know this was posted some time ago, but I thought I'd give it a go since you still haven't gotten any replies... I use CO-Q10 and have been since the first time I used it during my very first go around at induction. I decided to take this mineral because I definitely needed the extra energy and because it's great for heart health. I was taking 300 micrograms in the beginning to boost my energy and it worked great! Now I only take 100 micrograms because I have the energy (so far). I am contemplating on increasing the dosage since I have been having issues with high blood pressure since my last pregnancy. This mineral does wonders in that matter. I even buy it for my MIL who has high BP and heart issues. She's also had nothing but great experience with CO-Q10 and always asks me for more. Even though it's a bit expensive, it's definitely worth a try!

| I've taken it in the past, but stopped because I couldn't tell a difference. However, I have friends that could tell a difference, so for them, it's worth it. I think it just depends on the individual on what to do. If you *can't* tell a difference, then do you continue to pay for these supplements in hopes that they're really doing something? I thought about starting them again, but my money always seem to go for something else. Good luck in whatever you decide to do. |

| I take CoQ10 but can't say it aids weight loss. I take it primarily to combat muscle soreness that comes from taking statins like Lipotor. Some research i did found that statins deplete CoQ10. In fact one of the pharma companies has a patent on combining a statin with CoQ10 but I do not know if they ever put it on the market. |
