UK Supplemts, which have worked for you?

Hi All,

For the UK members, can you list which supplements you use by which company and what has worked and why please. (dosages and reasons for that particular supplement and how you used it will be greatly appreciated my myself but hopefully for all other members in the Uk).

I say UK members, because some overseas supplements arent available here (some are ofcourse, others arent)

I use vits from Holland and Barret. I checked them very carefully and they are the same as the list in DANDR.

Omega 3,6 and 9 (big red container)
ABC Plus Senior (no I am not senior! These are the ones without iron)
