| I'm not sure about the corn & tapioca starch...can you find one without? I have no idea if the amount would be anything to be concerned about.

| I'm not too keen on boron because of the estrogen elevation. But I'm a guy. I'm not a big fan of vanadium, also. Do a bit of research on vanadium.

| That's the same ingredients as Centrum Silver and a lot of other multis for seniors (iron free). I bought the new Centrum Silver for Women but noticed that they contain iron and no lycopene after I got them home and destroyed the packaging trying to get them out of the box. What the hello??? There isn't supposed to be iron in senior vitamins. Trying to find the right multi seems impossible at times. Either they have iron or too much Vit A. Most of the other brands don't have lutein or lycopene. Others have supplements I don't want. Didn't know about boron or vandium. ![]() Read about the Atkins #3 vitamin for OWL but have never seen it in stores. I'll be watching the responses here as I don't have any ideas other than what you are currently taking.

| I was looking around this site some more & found a post about the old Atkins multivitamin (Atkins Vitamins). They are discontinued but Vitacost makes a similar version. They look good...I ordered a bottle to try them out. Just thought I'd pass this along so you could compare yours & see what you think. |
