    Welcome to the JUNE Mileage Challenge!!!

    This is the same challenge we just finished for May, but its now for June!! Lets see if we can really dig in, get moving and all make goal!!!!

    For those of you who don't know me.....I'm LadyHawke and I'll be your hostess!

    I pledge 300 miles for June .

    Hello,

    I'd like to go for 150 for June - I know I probably won't get there, but as Julie said earlier, it'll give me something to aim for.

    I'll be doing running, swimming, elliptical, biking and walking - but only counting recreational walks for exercise not walk to station, gym, town, etc.

    Have done 14 today (bike) 14/150

      Put me down for 150!

      I did 1 mile running and 2 miles on the bike today for a total of 3/150.
      START 8/16/06 @ 270+~MG1: 220-12/2/06~MG2: 210-1/07~MG3: 199-3/2/07~MG4: 190-4/27/07~MG5: 180-7/04/07~GOAL: 170

        I'm in....I'll be in Hawaii for the next 10 days, but I'm sure I'll do some walking around the beaches there..
        let's see...put me down for 90 miles!!!

          Hey, please add one more mile for me--I walked downtown and back. So that's 4/150 for June!

              Hi all,
              wow! first the abs challenge, now this! oh well why not!
              Lady_hawk, wow! That's an ambitious goal! I'm impressed...
              I think I will go for.... 100 miles... all I do is walk and ride a stationary bike (only when it's too hot to walk) but that will be a big challenge for me to do that ( 100 miles)... also am doing yoga 2 times per week....but hey, it's all about fat burning!

                tam, i know you'll probably be wondering but i'm gonna step back from most of the challenges this time around. i'll see you in july if you keep it going.

                    LadyHawke....I'm in too for June (50 miles), but just wanted to mention that the May Mileage Challenge seems to have ended on May 30th and there's 31 days in May! I know I reached goal, but nothing was recorded by you past May 30th.

                          put me down for 60 (i am just going to count my jogging miles on the trail that i run on) that is motivation enough!!!

                          Start date: May 28th
                          SW: 175 GW: 140 CHeight: 5'7 CHips: 42 CThighs: 25
                          June 11th: goal =169 MET GOAL, JUNE 3RD (16
                          June 25th: goal=165 MET GOAL JUNE 10TH!!
                          July 2nd: goal=160
                          July 16th: goal=155
                          July 30th: goal=150
                          August 13th: goal= 145 and 15 inches lost
                          August 30th: PT test/Weigh in for the Naval Academy!!!
                          Inches lost since May 28th: 2.5 Thighs, 1 hips, 2 waist

                            Nothing yesterday and 2.8 miles this morning walking. Looks like I have some catching up to do.

                              2 miles swimming, and 7 bike miles today for a total of 9 miles!
