  • Mid-Year Resolution Challenge Extra for September 14

I want you to give me exercise today.

30 minutes of anything you care to do, so long as it raises your heart rate and isn't sexually rellated (unless you chased George Clooney for 3 blocks, which then counts).

Check in when you've done it.

Well, aren't you just the bubble buster this morning ...moderate "speed" of such "movement" for 30 mins is ONLY 6 calories by the way (I checked with fitday.com ). Anyways....

    20 mins Tubro Jam
10 mins of SI6 Abs thinking of Johnny Depp

            Thanks, Elsie!

If you want to take some liberties, such as changing font colors, font styles, my current weight to being less than it is, and have a looottt of time to do it, go for it.

Just don't let all that updatey power go to your head or anything.

Re: Mid-Year Resolution Challenge Extra for September 14

PLEASE HELP ME!!! I don't know why, but one again I have screwed up!!! My husbands uncle passed away and his wake was tuesday, and the funeral wednesday. Everyone went out to eat between the two services, and of course...I blew it! I figure, why not..there is so much more going on. Why do I invalidate my own struggles for someone elses?? I hate this so much!! I kept saying...i'll start back tomorrow, i'll be fine...I lied to myself..again. I am still not back to eating how I should. I see my results and am so proud, but I do not care enough to keep going. mean i lost like 10 pounds in less than a week!! Thats awesome results..but i don't care!! My husband acts as if he isn't attracted to me, no matter what i weigh, or look like, so why should I... Please help me guys. I know I should matter more to myself but i don't. On top of it all, my stupid freezer broke and ruined all of my meat.. i had like 200 bucks worth of meat in there!! That may not sound like a big deal, but I have almost no money as it is, so that money took me FOREVER to save up so i could start back up. I hate everything right now. Please help me guys... I need an angel

Re: Mid-Year Resolution Challenge Extra for September 14

(((jsj)) I don't know what to say...a million things running through my head and none of them sound right. But girl you need to stop beating yourself up and making bad choices as they are only making you feel worse and worse and that is a defeating cycle.
The freezer and the DH thing..well...that sucks...no one will say different. BUT they need to be separate from your eating!!!! There are always going to be things happening in our lives that make us want to give up or send us to the food and each time we have to fight that battle and when we do and we get stronger from it and the next battle is a teeny tiny bit easier to win.
So I guess all I can do is give you a hug and tell you to smarten up because you are worth it! And deep down you know you are worth it or you wouldn't be upset. No starting tomorrow....you start RIGHT NOW! Go get your water....figure out your meals for today and tomorrow...and no more excuses!! YOU CAN DO THIS!
